Pack with Care
Carefully place the items in their original Lenox packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive safely without breakage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
